ZSD Series Dewatering Vibrating Screen
The ZSD Series Dewatering Vibrating Screen removes excess water from wet sand, fine aggregate, mineral concentrate and tailings. It retains solids on the screening surface while allowing water to pass through, producing material that is easier to transport and stockpile.
Overview
The ZSD Dewatering Screen is a linear vibrating machine for mechanically dewatering wet material and separating solids from water. It can be installed in sand-washing lines, fine-sand recovery systems, mineral-processing plants and dry-tailings discharge circuits.
The machine consists of a reinforced screen body, vibrating motors, elastic supports and water-permeable screen panels. The polyurethane screening surface allows water to pass, retains the material bed and provides an abrasion-resistant working surface.
Model selection depends on material type, solids concentration, slurry flow, particle-size distribution, target residual moisture and required capacity. Actual residual moisture varies with material properties and operating conditions.
