The PC Series Hammer Crusher reduces soft to medium-hard, brittle and relatively low-abrasion materials by impact. Four models accept feed up to 400 mm and produce material smaller than 15 mm at rated capacities of 5–80 t/h.
Overview
The PC Series Hammer Crusher uses a high-speed rotor fitted with swinging hammers. It is intended for single-stage or secondary crushing of limestone, gypsum, chalk, coal and other brittle, relatively low-abrasion materials.
Main assemblies include the casing, rotor, hammers, breaker plates, lower grate, shaft, bearings and electric drive. Internal liners protect the main housing, while hammer material and grate opening are selected for the feed and required product size.
The grate controls the top size: material that cannot pass remains in the chamber for further impact. Wet or sticky feed may block the grate, so allowable moisture should be checked. The listed data applies to the standard single-rotor PC series, not PCZ, 2PC or PCK families.
