HGM Series Ultrafine Grinding Mill
The HGM Series Ultrafine Grinding Mill is designed for dry grinding of limestone, calcite, dolomite, gypsum, barite and other mineral materials to approximately 325–2500 mesh.
Overview
The HGM Series processes dry, non-flammable and non-explosive minerals of low to medium hardness into ultrafine powder. Applications include building materials, mineral fillers, ceramics, coatings, paper and polymers.
A complete system includes the main mill, multi-stage roller and ring assembly, classifier, fan, cyclone, dust collector, feeder and discharge valve. Hoppers, conveying and packaging equipment are configured for the project.
Model selection depends on feed hardness and moisture, feed size, required fineness and capacity. Material testing or sample analysis is recommended before final configuration.
