Overview

The YGM Raymond Mill is designed to produce fine powder from non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 9.3 and moisture below 6%. Typical feed includes limestone, barite, marble, dolomite, gypsum, kaolin, bentonite, talc and quartz.

Product fineness can be adjusted across approximately 80–425 mesh. The system combines the main mill, classifier, blower, cyclone collector, dust-collection equipment and air ducts. Material is compressed between the rollers and grinding ring, then carried by airflow to the classifier. Qualified powder is collected and oversize particles return for further grinding.

The high-pressure spring system maintains grinding force between the rollers and ring. Final capacity and configuration depend on feed properties, product fineness and project requirements.
