HPC Series Hydraulic Cone Crusher
The HPC Series Hydraulic Cone Crusher is designed for secondary and fine crushing of hard rock and ore. Hydraulic adjustment and chamber clearing simplify adaptation to different crushing circuits and help restore operation after an overload.
Overview
The HPC series comprises hydraulic cone crushers for secondary and fine crushing. Material is reduced by compression between the moving cone mantle and the stationary concave liner.
The series includes HPC-160, HPC-220, HPC-315 and HPC-400 models. Each model can be configured with a C coarse-crushing chamber or an F fine-crushing chamber. The chamber is selected according to feed gradation, required product size and plant capacity.
The hydraulic system adjusts the discharge setting, provides overload protection and clears the chamber of uncrushable objects or compacted material. Main components include the frame, main shaft, countershaft, eccentric bushing, moving cone, mantle, concave liner, hydraulic system and circulating oil-lubrication system.
The 6 and 13 mm figures in the table are minimum discharge settings, not guaranteed finished-product sizes. Actual gradation and capacity depend on material properties, chamber configuration, setting, liner condition and feeding regime. Final configuration depends on the selected model and order requirements.
