2026100 TPH River Stone Crushing, Screening and Washing Line
Project overview In March 2026, Tanker commissioned a 100 TPH river-stone crushing, screening and washing line for a sand and aggregate producer in Kyrgyzstan. After 2–3 months of operation, the Tanker team returned to the site to inspect equipment condition and finished-product quality. Process configuration River stone is reduced in a PEX-250×1200 fine jaw crusher. A PY-series spring cone crusher then performs secondary and fine crushing before the material is separated into sand and aggregate fractions. Two vibrating screens, a sand washer and a network of belt conveyors connect the equipment into one continuous production flow. Operating result The verified site throughput is 100 TPH. The screening and washing circuit is configured so that approximately 50% of the finished output can be produced as sand, while the balance is separated into the required aggregate sizes. The spring cone crusher provides stable compression crushing of hard river stone, and the washing stage removes clay and excess fines from the sand product. 2026YGM95 Raymond Mill Mineral Powder Project in Kosonsoy, Uzbekistan
Project overview This mineral powder workshop in Kosonsoy District, Namangan Region, Uzbekistan operates grinding lines based on YGM-series Raymond mills. Site materials recorded in June 2026 show two mill units together with bucket elevators, classifiers, cyclone collectors, air ducts and blowers. The configuration is intended to produce industrial powder with controlled fineness from carbonate-based and other non-metallic mineral feed. Process flow Pre-crushed feed is delivered through a feeder and bucket elevator into the grinding chamber. The material is ground between the rollers and ring, then carried by airflow to the upper classifier. Powder within the target size range is collected by the cyclone system, while oversized particles return to the chamber for further grinding. • Main Raymond mill with top classifier • Bucket elevator and feed-transfer section • Cyclone collector, blower and closed air-duct circuit • Finished-powder bagging area Model identification and operating data The body size, four-roller arrangement and drive layout correspond to the YGM95 (YGM9517) high-pressure Raymond mill configuration. Reference data for this model are: feed size up to 25 mm, adjustable product size of 0.613–0.033 mm (approximately 30–425 mesh), nominal capacity of 2.1–5.6 t/h per line, and a 37 kW main mill motor. Note: actual output depends on feed hardness, moisture, density and the required product fineness. Two mills are visible in the workshop, so total plant capacity should only be calculated after their parallel operating mode is confirmed.
2026HZS90 Batching Plant and Precast Slab Production in Jalal-Abad
This project in Jalal-Abad, Kyrgyzstan, shows an HZS90 stationary wet-mix concrete batching plant serving a precast slab production yard. The page states a theoretical capacity of up to 90 m³/h; actual output depends on the mix, aggregate moisture, cycle time and internal logistics. The photographs confirm a four-compartment aggregate unit, horizontal collecting belt, inclined belt conveyor, enclosed mixing tower, one cement silo and screw feeding. The exact mixer nameplate and weighing-system parameters cannot be verified from the images, so they are not published as project specifications. A loader supplies the separate aggregate bins, and the weighed fractions travel by belt to the mixing tower. Cement is fed from the silo by screw conveyor, while water and admixtures enter through their respective dosing circuits. Mixed concrete is collected by site transport at the discharge point and sent to the slab moulds according to the casting plan. The precast area includes long-bed moulds and gantry cranes, bringing concrete production and precast-element forming together at one production base. A stationary line requires coordinated foundation loads, drainage, power and water connections, loader access, truck-mixer routes and crane paths. The site photographs document the assembled plant, aggregate-filled bins, a truck mixer at the discharge area and the precast slab equipment. No acceptance-test record, verified daily output or concrete-quality report is available; 90 m³/h is therefore stated as the theoretical capacity of the HZS90 class, not as guaranteed site performance.
2026Stone Crushing and Screening Line in Oltiariq, Fergana
A multistage stone crushing and screening line was installed and commissioned for a customer in Oltiariq District, Fergana Region. Primary crushing is performed by a jaw crusher, after which the material enters a cone crusher for further reduction to the required size. A vibrating screen separates the finished product into different fractions, while belt conveyors transfer each fraction to its designated stockpile. The line produces graded crushed stone and construction aggregate for roads, buildings and other infrastructure projects. Its configuration is designed for stable continuous operation and practical maintenance.
2025Travertine Grinding Project in Namangan — YGM95 Raymond Mill
A travertine grinding line based on the YGM95 Raymond Mill was installed and commissioned for a customer in Namangan Region. The process begins with a PE200×350 jaw crusher for primary size reduction. An electromagnetic feeder and bucket elevator then transfer the material to the YGM95 mill. Finished powder passes through a classifier, cyclone collector and dust-collection system for stable, controlled production. The YGM95 uses four 310 × 190 mm grinding rollers and a 950 × 190 mm grinding ring. It accepts feed up to 25 mm and produces powder with adjustable fineness from 0.613 to 0.033 mm (approximately 30–425 mesh). Rated line capacity is 2.1–5.6 t/h, depending on feed characteristics and required product fineness. The configuration is suitable for producing travertine, limestone and other non-metallic mineral powders.
202690 m³/h Concrete Batching Plant in Fergana
An HZS90 concrete batching plant was installed in Fergana next to a stone-crushing line, allowing the customer to organize aggregate and concrete production within one site. The order was placed in February 2026. The equipment was manufactured and dispatched within one month while detailed foundation drawings were supplied so the customer could prepare the concrete base in advance. Installation was completed by the engineering team in 15 days, followed by commissioning. The plant configuration includes a JS1500 mixer, aggregate batching system with a waiting hopper, cement silos and a fully equipped control room. A multilingual PLC control system manages the production process and supports on-site operation and remote technical assistance.
