Travertine Grinding Project in Namangan — YGM95 Raymond Mill

A travertine grinding line based on the YGM95 Raymond Mill was installed and commissioned for a customer in Namangan Region.
The process begins with a PE200×350 jaw crusher for primary size reduction. An electromagnetic feeder and bucket elevator then transfer the material to the YGM95 mill. Finished powder passes through a classifier, cyclone collector and dust-collection system for stable, controlled production.
The YGM95 uses four 310 × 190 mm grinding rollers and a 950 × 190 mm grinding ring. It accepts feed up to 25 mm and produces powder with adjustable fineness from 0.613 to 0.033 mm (approximately 30–425 mesh). Rated line capacity is 2.1–5.6 t/h, depending on feed characteristics and required product fineness.
The configuration is suitable for producing travertine, limestone and other non-metallic mineral powders.
