CI Series Impact Crusher
The CI Series Impact Crusher is designed to crush medium-hard, brittle and relatively low-abrasion materials by impact. Eight models accept feed from 250 to 800 mm and provide rated capacities of 60–2,000 t/h.
Overview
The CI Series Impact Crusher is used for primary or secondary crushing in quarries, construction-material plants and recycling lines. It is suitable for limestone, dolomite, sandstone, concrete and similar brittle materials where a high reduction ratio and well-shaped aggregate are required.
The main assemblies include the feed section, heavy-duty rotor, blow bars, impact aprons, wear liners, housing and electric drive. The rotor transfers kinetic energy to the feed, while the impact aprons redirect particles back into the crushing zone.
The range includes compact models for 250–400 mm feed and larger models capable of accepting 600–800 mm material. Model selection depends on feed size, required product grading, capacity and process layout.
Final settings and blow-bar material depend on the selected model and operating requirements.
