Mobile Crushing Plant

The Impact Crusher is designed for secondary and tertiary crushing of medium-hard rock and construction materials. A high-speed rotor and breaker plates provide impact reduction and produce a well-shaped aggregate product. Typical materials include limestone, dolomite and concrete.

The PE Series Jaw Crusher is a primary crushing machine for hard and medium-hard rock and ore with compressive strength up to 320 MPa. The product range covers maximum feed sizes of 100–1,200 mm and rated capacities of 10–700 t/h.

The HPC Series Hydraulic Cone Crusher is designed for secondary and fine crushing of hard rock and ore. Hydraulic adjustment and chamber clearing simplify adaptation to different crushing circuits and help restore operation after an overload.

The PY Series Spring Cone Crusher is designed for secondary and fine crushing of medium-hard to hard rock and ore. PYB, PYZ and PYD chamber configurations allow the crusher to be matched to the required feed size and finished-product grading.

The CI Series Impact Crusher is designed to crush medium-hard, brittle and relatively low-abrasion materials by impact. Eight models accept feed from 250 to 800 mm and provide rated capacities of 60–2,000 t/h.

The FX Series Fine Sand Recovery System recovers useful fine particles from wash water and other process slurries. A pump, hydrocyclone and dewatering screen separate fine sand from the liquid and discharge a product that is easier to transport and stockpile.

The PC Series Hammer Crusher reduces soft to medium-hard, brittle and relatively low-abrasion materials by impact. Four models accept feed up to 400 mm and produce material smaller than 15 mm at rated capacities of 5–80 t/h.

The 2PG Series Double-Roller Crusher is designed for secondary and tertiary crushing of soft to medium-hard brittle materials. Two counter-rotating rolls reduce the feed by compression and partial shear through an adjustable 2–10 mm discharge gap.

The XSD Series Wheel Sand Washer uses water to remove clay, dust, stone powder and other light impurities from natural or manufactured sand. A slow-turning wheel lifts the material from the washing tank, drains part of the free water and transfers it to the next process stage.

The XL Series Spiral Sand Washer separates clay, dust, stone powder and other light impurities from natural or manufactured sand using water. Single- and twin-spiral models are designed to wash, agitate, partially classify and discharge material sized 0–30 mm.

The ZSD Series Dewatering Vibrating Screen removes excess water from wet sand, fine aggregate, mineral concentrate and tailings. It retains solids on the screening surface while allowing water to pass through, producing material that is easier to transport and stockpile.

The HGM Series Ultrafine Grinding Mill is designed for dry grinding of limestone, calcite, dolomite, gypsum, barite and other mineral materials to approximately 325–2500 mesh.
