Double-Roller Crusher
The 2PG Series Double-Roller Crusher is designed for secondary and tertiary crushing of soft to medium-hard brittle materials. Two counter-rotating rolls reduce the feed by compression and partial shear through an adjustable 2–10 mm discharge gap.
Overview
The 2PG Series Double-Roller Crusher reduces pre-crushed material to a controlled fine fraction for cement, construction materials, coal, chemicals, metallurgy and mineral processing.
The machine includes two counter-rotating rolls, bearing assemblies, a rigid frame, two drives, a roll-gap adjustment mechanism and overload protection. One roll is normally fixed while the other can move for adjustment and passage of uncrushable material.
The listed data applies to standard smooth-roll 2PG models. Toothed 2PGC rolls for wetter, stickier or coarser feed are a separate equipment family. Model selection should consider feed hardness, abrasiveness, moisture, required product size and capacity.
