VSI Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher

The VSI-7611 is used where a cubical aggregate shape and controlled fine-particle production are required. It can operate in rock-on-rock mode to reduce contact wear or in rock-on-metal mode when higher reduction and throughput are the priority.

The machine is suitable for the final crushing and shaping stage of aggregate plants and for producing manufactured sand in the 0–5 mm range. Enclosed operation can be integrated with a plant dust-extraction system.

Feed grading, rotor speed, wear-part configuration and circulating load should be matched to the abrasiveness of the material and the required final product.
