SRM Series Vertical Roller Mill
The SRM Series Vertical Roller Mill combines drying, grinding, classification and pneumatic conveying in one system. SRM1300–SRM2200 models provide rated capacities of 10–135 t/h and finished fineness of 45–212 μm.
Overview
The SRM Vertical Roller Mill is designed for dry grinding of limestone, calcite, cement raw material, clinker, slag, fly ash and other minerals.
Main assemblies include the rotating grinding table, rollers, pressure system, gearbox, main motor, classifier and mill housing. The rollers compress the material bed on the table while hot gas dries the feed and carries fine particles to the classifier.
Configuration depends on feed type and moisture, required fineness, capacity and project conditions. Cement, slag or coal grinding may require specialized arrangements. Actual output and final moisture depend on hardness, moisture, feed size, gas temperature and air flow.
