MTW Series Raymond Mill

The MTW Raymond Mill is an upgraded Raymond-type grinding system for limestone, gypsum, marble, dolomite, calcite, barite and other dry mineral materials.

Its main assemblies include grinding rollers, a grinding ring, shovels, bevel-gear drive, classifier, fan and material-collection system. Feed is compressed between the rollers and ring until the required fineness is reached.

The bevel-gear arrangement provides a compact main-drive layout. An internal oil-lubrication system serves the main shaft and transmission bearings. Final configuration depends on the selected model and production-line requirements.

Actual capacity depends on feed hardness, moisture, feed size and required product fineness. Final parameters are confirmed for the project.
