YK Series Circular Vibrating Screen
The YK Series Circular Vibrating Screen separates crushed stone, aggregate, sand and ore into specified fractions. Two-, three- and four-deck configurations produce several finished size classes simultaneously.
Overview
The YK Series is used in crushing and screening plants to classify granite, basalt, limestone, dolomite, river stone, gravel, quartz and ore.
Main assemblies include the screen box, eccentric vibrator, motor, drive, support springs and replaceable screen media. The eccentric mechanism produces a near-circular motion, and the inclined decks move material continuously toward the discharge chutes.
Model selection depends on feed type and moisture, feed size, required fractions and capacity. Woven-steel, polyurethane or rubber screen media can be selected for the material abrasiveness.
