GZG Series Vibrating Feeder

The GZG Vibrating Feeder meters material from a storage hopper or silo into downstream process equipment. Stable feeding helps prevent overloading and idle running of crushers, mills, screens and conveyors.

The main assemblies are a reinforced feeding trough, vibration drive, electric motors, support elements and frame. Directed vibration moves material forward along the trough.

Model selection depends on material type, bulk density, moisture, maximum lump size, required hourly capacity and installation angle. Final configuration depends on the order and process-line requirements.

Published capacities distinguish horizontal and −10° installations. Actual output depends on bulk density, moisture, lump size, bed depth and feeding conditions.
