GZ Series Electromagnetic Vibrating Feeder

The GZ feeder meters material from a hopper or silo to a crusher, mill, conveyor, elevator, packaging machine or other process equipment.

Main components are the feeder trough, electromagnetic vibrator, elastic elements, support or suspension structure and controller. The design has no rotating drive components requiring lubrication.

Feed rate is adjusted electrically to match plant load and can be integrated with automatic control. Standard models suit dry, free-flowing material; wet, sticky or compacting feed requires separate confirmation. Actual capacity depends on bulk density, moisture, flowability, lump size, bed depth and installation angle.
