ZSW Series Vibrating Feeder

The ZSW Vibrating Feeder is installed between the hopper and primary crusher in a crushing and screening line. It stabilizes material flow, prevents sudden overloading of the crusher and supports continuous production.

The main assemblies include a heavy-duty feeding trough, vibration exciter, electric motor, drive system, support springs and frame. Grizzly bars can be fitted at the discharge end to remove soil and fines before primary crushing.

Model selection depends on feed material, maximum lump size, required hourly capacity, hopper volume and the receiving capacity of the downstream crusher. Final configuration depends on the selected model and project requirements.
