30–50 t/h River Stone Crushing and Washing Line in Uychi

PROJECT OVERVIEW

In 2025, a closed-circuit river-stone crushing, screening and washing line was established in Uychi District, Namangan Region. Based on the catalogue rating of the PEX250×1000 jaw crusher, the project is presented with an estimated capacity of 30–50 t/h. Actual output depends on feed grading, moisture, feeding stability and screening efficiency.

PROCESS FLOW

River stone is crushed in a PEX250×1000 jaw crusher and classified on a 3Y1548 three-deck vibrating screen at 5, 10 and 16 mm. Material larger than 16 mm is sent to a CH420 single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher and returned to the screen. The 0–5 mm fraction is washed in an LSX920 spiral washer; 5–10 mm and 10–16 mm gravel are discharged by separate conveyors.

MAIN EQUIPMENT

• PEX250×1000: feed up to 210 mm, 25–60 mm outlet, 15–50 t/h, 30–37 kW.

• CH420 H2: feed up to 65 mm, minimum 8 mm outlet, up to 90 kW.

• 3Y1548: three decks, 5/10/16 mm arrangement, 15 kW.

• LSX920: 920 mm spiral, 11 kW.

• Belt conveyor system.

PROJECT RESULT

The line produces 0–5 mm washed sand and 5–10 mm and 10–16 mm gravel. Recirculating material larger than 16 mm helps stabilize the finished-product grading.
