Cone Crusher Liners

The mantle and concave are the main working parts that form a cone crusher's crushing chamber. The mantle is installed on the moving head and follows the eccentric motion, while the concave is fixed in the upper frame. Feed is reduced by compression between these two surfaces.

Because the liners operate under continuous pressure, friction and impact, their material, thickness and chamber profile must be selected correctly. High-manganese steel work-hardens under load and improves resistance to wear. A suitable chamber profile supports even material flow, required product grading and controlled wear.

Liners can be supplied according to crusher model, part number, drawing or an existing sample. Selection considers the crusher model, chamber type, feed size, target product, material hardness and abrasiveness. The mantle and concave should be matched as a set.
