HZS90 Concrete Batching Plant

The HZS90 is a stationary concrete-production plant for medium and large construction projects. It automatically batches, weighs and mixes sand, aggregate, cement, water and chemical admixtures according to the selected recipe.

The model designation refers to a theoretical capacity of 90 m³/h; typical operating output is approximately 65–90 m³/h depending on mix design, cycle time, material supply and truck dispatch. The JS1500 twin-shaft mixer accepts approximately 2400 L per batch and produces 1500 L (1.5 m³) of concrete. Two 30 kW motors drive the counter-rotating shafts.

A PLD2400 unit stores different aggregate fractions in three or four separate bins. Weighed aggregate travels by belt conveyor to the mixing tower, and an optional waiting hopper can prepare the next batch. Cement is stored in enclosed silos and transferred by screw conveyor; water and admixtures have separate weighing systems.

A typical configuration targets ±2% aggregate weighing accuracy and ±1% accuracy for cement, water and admixtures. The PLC supports automatic and manual operation, recipe storage, production totals, scale monitoring, equipment-status display and fault alarms.

Main components include the PLD2400 aggregate batching unit, belt conveyor, optional waiting hopper, JS1500 mixer, cement silos and screw conveyors, water and admixture weighing, pneumatic system and PLC control. Final bins, silos, enclosure and dust-control equipment are configured for the project.
